RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your new supplements, but we understand there might be an issue that arises where a refund or replacement might be needed.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or an item is damaged in shipment, we will gladly ship you a new item. Damaged items and incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
To return an item to Icon Muscle, please contact our customer service team by emailing us at iconmuscle@iconmuscle.com .
Please have available your order number. Customer service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back, you will be issued a refund for the price you paid for the item(s) less the shipping cost.
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. If they have already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return instead.
